Materials and acceptance criteria (Par. 4.3, ELOT TP 1501-11-03-04-00):
Bentonite could be used as suspension (water-bentonite), activated or not in the cement-water grout, in cases of increased underground flow.

Certificates should include the type, the natural moisture content and the liquid limit of the bentonite, and should be submitted to the service for approval.
The liquid limit of bentonite should be >350% calculated as average of three (3) tests.
Bentonite supplied at construction site, before mixing with water, should comply with standard ELOT EN ISO 13500.

Όταν το δομικό προϊόν καλύπτεται από ευρωπαϊκό εναρμονισμένο πρότυπο ή ανταποκρίνεται στην Ευρωπαϊκή Τεχνική Αξιολόγηση που έχει εκδοθεί για αυτό, ο κατασκευαστής καταρτίζει Δήλωση Επιδόσεων, όταν το εν λόγω προϊόν διατίθεται στην αγορά. Για τα δομικά προϊόντα που κυκλοφορούν στην Ελλάδα η δήλωση επιδόσεων πρέπει να συντάσσεται στην ελληνική γλώσσα.
